The Park to Pro coaching resource page is here to help coaches from all levels of the game. Each week there will be videos available via our Youtube channel, which won’t be telling you how to do things, but more to question what you’re currently doing. Do you reflect regularly about your current club/team and pose yourself questions? For example, are you utilising all of your available resources? Are your players being overloaded in the right way? Are you executing your roles and responsibilities appropriately?
Being able to reflect on your performance will afford you the opportunity to evaluate and improve in the future.
We also have a monthly network meeting that takes place in Bracknell, Berkshire. Coaches from all levels are welcome to attend this event and will be encouraged to interact with their colleagues. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss any problems you may have encountered and we’ll then attempt to come up with new solutions.
