This week, we we’re delighted to advertise our Summer Football Courses at St.Francis School, in Ascot. Throughout the day we interacted with a large amount of children and parents, who are keen to attend during the summer break.
There were a number of items on display, which drew a lot of attention and discussion from children and parents, alike. The Sergio Ramos shirt was widely welcomed and the signed Premier League items seemed to catch the eye from a number of interested parties.
The postman was also kind this week and dropped off another 3 signed prizes, that will be announced in due course.
Elsewhere, our coach mentorship programme is generating some interest, with spaces near capacity. This course kicks off on July 1st, with professional speakers, sessions and live workshops all available, to the participating coach.
Lastly, we had a very successful meeting on Friday evening and as a consequence can now offer something different, fun and exciting for our Summer Football Courses. Details about this, will be released this week!

We were pleased to announce our plans for the football summer courses, this past week. The fun will take place at our venue in Ascot, St.Georges School, during the weeks of July 25th – July 30th & August 22nd – August 26th.
The theme is, ‘Retro Football Week’, where we’ll be taking a step back in time to look at some of the most famous players, teams and tournaments from the past. This event has been kindly sponsored by local car service provider, VRT.
So far, we have confirmed that every player will receive;
– A FREE Champions League inspired shirt, for the first 20 players that book
– A USB stick, with 10 historical football matches, for every player to keep
– 1 legends book
– Over 150 original football shirts to view, from around the world
– Plenty of football memorabilia, from past games & tournaments
– Real life replica’s of the World Cup & Champions League trophies (photo opportunities)
– The chance to see original items from Figo, Ramos, Haaland, Ederson, Aguero, Morientes, Vogts and Pulisic amongst others!
PLUS…….
– All of our usual benefits, including coaching sessions, games & tournaments!!!!
– If that isn’t enough, we have lots of prizes and giveaways, including signed shirts from a number of Premier League stars!!!
The items that will be in attendance, are all original and are from some of the worlds greatest players. The purpose of this, is to align the training with these items and focus on that certain moment in history. We will be looking back as far as the 1970 world cup, so this really is an opportunity not to be missed.
Adam said, “This has taken a lot of planning, meetings and arranging, but I’m sure all of the parents and players will appreciate it. The idea is that we will learn about certain parts of previous football history, while looking at the original items used. These vary from boots, shirts, tickets and programmes. I haven’t seen anything else like this on the market and I’m excited to see how the event goes.”
If you would like to book onto either of the courses, please visit our, ‘For the Player’ tab, that you can find above.
We’re delighted to confirm that VRT, have committed to sponsor our upcoming Summer football courses. This is the first in a number of announcements, in preparation for our highly attended football events.
One thing we can confirm now, is that VRT will be providing a Park to Pro football shirt (champions league inspired), to the first 20 bookings of each course, those being July 25th – 29th and August 22nd – 26th. As well as this fantastic gesture, there will be a free gift for every attendee (all to be revealed).
Adam said; “I’m delighted to collaborate with such a highly respected company within the area. After speaking with company owner, John Grogan, he was keen to support our events during the summer break. The team at VRT deliver an outstanding service within the motor industry and I’m delighted to partner with them”.

The Park to Pro, ‘Hall of fame’, is officially open with our first member!
We’re delighted to confirm, that one of the previous players who attended the Park to Pro player pathway, has now signed with QPR after an initial trial period.
Along with our coaching team and that of his local football club, who have all contributed to Ola’s development, we are delighted to receive this news.
Adam, said; “Having known Ola for a couple of years now, it was obvious to see that he has his own qualities, so this news is long overdue in my opinion. He has been a fantastic participant throughout our time together and has always been receptive to feedback/learning. I’m delighted to know that he has joined a great club, who value the development of their players highly”.
Ola, will now be inducted into the Park to Pro hall of fame and will be an excellent example to all others, that are striving to make their dreams come true.
A massive congratulations, to Ola and his family!!!
Our 4th football course got underway today, at our exclusive venue in Ascot, St.Georges School.
The theme this week is, ‘building team performance’, where we focus on the specific behaviours of each individual, within a certain position. Today, it was the goalkeeper…..
Throughout the day, our players were taken through a lot of techniques that you could use, within certain situations. These ranged from different types of distribution, standing saves and dealing with 1 vs 1 situations. All of the players did exceptionally well, with everyone trying something at least once.
Tomorrow the focus will be on defenders and how they behave when attacking, then after we lose the ball, to defend!!
We’re hoping for similar weather, like today and the continuation of excellent football.
Park to Pro has recently turned 2 years old, so I thought I’d give you all my thoughts on the progress made so far.
Originally, there were many things that I wanted to bring to the local area for the football community, but these were brought to an abrupt stop, when COVID-19 swept through the world. It was very much a case of, ripping up the plans and starting again, as well as delaying many new concepts.
Fast forward 2 years (which have flown by) and there has been some expectational progress made within the company.
We currently interact with just over 70 football players per week and host regular sessions at a local school, on a daily basis.
After the initial plans of hosting a Real Madrid football camp were cancelled in year 1, I am hoping to confirm something similar in the new future.
In the past 18 months, we have interacted with many coaches, with some still in contact and taking part in our mentorship programme.
Locally, we work alongside FC Bracknell in leading 2 sessions per week which have been a huge success. These are going from strength to strength on a weekly basis and we’re delighted to be involved.
Our football courses have gone exceptionally well, with various professional footballers previously attending. Alongside this, we’ve given away plenty of prizes, including signed match worn shirts, gloves and gift vouchers.
We’ve hosted a live Panna event with QPR’s Albert Adomah and professional Panna player, Yofi Yvorra. This was an amazing experience and one that will hopefully take place again soon.
There are numerous partnerships in place, that have helped our players and coaches. Most notably, access to the Cruyff football platform and our app provider, Activity Pro.
Lastly, we currently have 3 players training with a professional football club, so the hope is, these will get signed and demonstrate, that you really can make it from Park to Pro.
So, what does the next 12 months have in store?
We are due to unveil plans for our new coach mentorship programme, in preparation for the 2022/23 season, with a brand new concept becoming available. This has been in the pipeline for some time and is close to be completed.
Also, we have recently confirmed our plans for the summer, with our ever so popular football courses. We will be bringing to you another brand new concept, that hasn’t been seen before. For every football fan, this is a must and you would be mad to miss out!! Details of this, will be released in June!
Our training centre is getting regular attendees, who are striving to improve their game. Next season we will still have our Veo Camera in place to analyse your performances, as well as tools in place to log it. More news on next season’s training centre, will be released in the summer.
Finally, I’d like to thank all of the parents, players, staff, contributors and suppliers, in assisting me with this journey so far. Here’s to the next 12 months…….
