Implementing our new coaching methodology will be no easy task, which is why we’ll have continued interaction with it’s founder, Albert Capellas.

A native from Spain, Albert has worked within the professional game for many years and has had a number of high profile roles, at some of the most prestigious football clubs in the world. These include Borussia Dortmund, Brondy IF and of course FC Barcelona.

Albert is currently working within the world famous, La Masia (FC Barcelona academy), on his 2nd tenure within the club. As you can imagine, this role is highly demanding and requires a lot of dedicated work, in order to keep raising the bar.

Throughout our collaboration in the 2021/22 season, Albert will be on hand to support the coaches, review training footage and offer advice in implementing the 3 core pillars of the Cruyff methodology (possession, positioning and pressing). This support structure will be vitally important for Park to Pro, to ensure we’re implementing high quality training sessions and in turn, improving players.
